1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact
- The item is free from stains, perfume, or any signs of use
- You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Products that show signs of wear or washing
- Items without original packaging/tags
- Clearance or final-sale products (if applicable)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at kartxsportsb2b@gmail.com with your
- Order ID
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos (in case of damage or defect)
- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- After approval, ship the product back to us using the address we provide.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer, except when the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If the return is due to our error, we will arrange free pickup or cover the shipping cost.
4. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your returned item:
- Our quality control team will inspect the product.
- If approved, your refund/replacement will be processed.
- If the product does not meet return criteria, the item will be sent back to you.
Inspection time: 2–4 business days
Refund processing time (after approval): 3–7 business days, depending on your payment gateway.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method through the payment gateway used during purchase.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refund timing may vary based on bank/payment provider processing
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items.
- Exchange requests must be made within the 7-day return window.
- If the desired replacement product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
7. Non-Delivery / Wrong Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or non-availability of the receiver:
- Re-shipping charges will apply
- Returns due to wrong address are not eligible for refunds unless the issue is caused by us
8. Items Damaged During Transit
If your package arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- Provide photos/videos of the damaged packaging and product
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification
