At Kartx Sports B2B, we aim to provide high-quality clothing and sportswear for all our business customers. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process. Please read the policy below carefully.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • The item is free from stains, perfume, or any signs of use
  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Products that show signs of wear or washing
  • Items without original packaging/tags
  • Clearance or final-sale products (if applicable)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at kartxsportsb2b@gmail.com with your
    • Order ID
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Photos or videos (in case of damage or defect)
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. After approval, ship the product back to us using the address we provide.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer, except when the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If the return is due to our error, we will arrange free pickup or cover the shipping cost.

4. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your returned item:

  • Our quality control team will inspect the product.
  • If approved, your refund/replacement will be processed.
  • If the product does not meet return criteria, the item will be sent back to you.

Inspection time: 2–4 business days
Refund processing time (after approval): 3–7 business days, depending on your payment gateway.


5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method through the payment gateway used during purchase.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund timing may vary based on bank/payment provider processing

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items.
  • Exchange requests must be made within the 7-day return window.
  • If the desired replacement product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Non-Delivery / Wrong Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or non-availability of the receiver:

  • Re-shipping charges will apply
  • Returns due to wrong address are not eligible for refunds unless the issue is caused by us

8. Items Damaged During Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos/videos of the damaged packaging and product
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification
