1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • In case of high order volume, processing may take additional time. We will notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship orders across India using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery timeline:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–8 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–12 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other external factors.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, order weight, or courier rates.
  • Promotional offers may provide free shipping on certain orders or purchase thresholds.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website or tracking portal.
  • If tracking information is not updated, please allow up to 24 hours for the system to reflect the latest status.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make 1–3 delivery attempts.
  • If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or unreachable phone number, the package may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply if the buyer requests a second attempt.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

Contact us within 48 hours if:

  • Your product arrives damaged
  • Your package is tampered with
  • Items are missing from the shipment

To process claims, we may require unboxing videos, photos, or courier documents.


7. Incorrect Address or Shipping Details

It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter accurate shipping information.

  • Kartx Sports B2B is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
  • If the order has not yet shipped, we may update the address upon request.

8. International Shipping

At this time, Kartx Sports B2B ships only within India.
International shipping is not available.


9. Order Cancellation After Shipping

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • You may still request a return after delivery under our 7-day return policy.
